 vice practices and standards. This program is NOT just for crematorium ope
 rators! It is open to anyone involved with any aspect of the cremation pro
 cess including counsellors\, funeral directors\, full and part-time operat
 ors and owners. This program is the first phase towards operator certifica
 tion. Full certification will be granted upon successful completion of the
  self-administered exam AND verification that the participant has complete
 d fifty (50) cremation cases (second phase)\, for which participants have 
 one full year from the date of the program to complete. The OACFP recommen
 ds that anyone who has not attended a crematorium training program within
